The Entertainer has toys to make any kid’s Christmas magical. But in a festive market crowded with offers and sales – plus massive online competition from the likes of Amazon – it was our job to give their brand some stand-out sparkle.


We didn’t just sell toys, we sold experiences. Creating Little Festive Moments, a series of 10 idents showing snapshots of family life leading up to Christmas day, all with toys at their heart.

Smart media buying on top ITV shows, from This Morning, How To Spend It Well at Christmas and CITV, helped us engage with large numbers of parents through our warm, relatable stories. Positioning The Entertainer as a key part of a more enjoyable Christmas for everyone.

We also reached out through social and digital, encouraging families to share their own #LittleFestiveMoments with us. Adding to the Christmassy glow that set The Entertainer apart from the competition and made our audience feel good.


As well as bringing a smile to viewers’ faces, we made our Client pretty happy too. Raising awareness by 10%, consideration by 12% and more than doubling their web traffic. But what really made their faces light up that Christmas was the £700,000 in incremental sales generated by our campaign.
